What is the best large megapixel Digital Camera to buy with the finest lens quality and resolution.? I have used film cameras all my life and am fond of Leica 35mm photograph, also Nikon. I read the online digital camera reviews and want to make the jump to digital soon. Image quality is my highest priority. Don't want to spend 4 or 5K but will consider a medium price range up to 2K or so. What do you recommend for pure image quality? Am expert in Photoshop and am able to interpret and improve images. In your opinion or from reviews overall how do you rate the follwing digital camera companies best to worst.? Shutter Lag (i figured out how to make it better) 2. After some months it BREAKS!!!!!!! Which is the best digital point and shoot camera to buy currently? Hi, I really need help to buy a digital camera asap.All the online reviews have only further confused me.My requirements are: 1. 7-8 megapixel 2. 3-4 optical zoom 3. LCD screen 4. Good night pictures 5. different shoot modes 6. video (optional) 7. sharp, bright pictures 8. anti shake 9. face detection 10. as compact a body as possible. I used to have a fancy for sony cybershot models but am told they are not as good as canon or nikon. fuji has also been recommended. A salesman recommended either the fuji F40 or the nikon S500 or the canon IXUS950. Can anyone help please? I have a budget of up to $500 but don't necessarily have to go all the way so long as I can get a good reliable compact camera that has all the latest features and gives me the best pictures.
A good quality digital camera that takes good pictures in day/night?? I experienced a few cameras but the quality doesn't satisfy me. What digital camera brands last the longest? I need Optical Zoom and manual settings.? For me Kodak hasn't been that great in that they break easily and the ones that I have gotten at least didn't have very good features like manual settings where you can pick f-stop and aperture. are the reviews / comments on the OLYMPUS digital cameras true? I am planning to buy an Olympus digital camera. Either the FE or the stylus series. After reading reviews, it got me thinking twice. I want a Sony camera that is easy to use but can zoom in to take great pics of action shots, like at a softball game, basketball game. How do you delete pictures on a scan disk used in a digital camera? I have a Kodak C533 digital camera. I bought a sacn disk to store photos and then I transfer over to the PC. That worked well. Now how do I get the pictures off of the disk? I pushed review on the camera and pulled up the photos and then hit delete. No luck. The instruction manual says to do follow the prompts but there are none. Thanks

How do I recover video/pictures that I accidentally deleted on my digital camera last night? Last night after a show I was going through my pictures and accidentally deleted the wrong video. I would really like to recover the video if this is possible. How could I go about recovering it from my digital camera? Instructions and tips are very welcome also! anyone who owns a digital camera and who can spare me some reviews here on "what digital camera should i get?" im trying to decide on which digital camera should i get. i want good quality pics which can be taken in dark condition and capture fast moving objects. and also it has to work fast..so i won't miss capturing anything flew by me.. at this point, i hav my eyes on Nikon S51c which i think is affordable, stylish and has good features (i think) and another 1 is Olympus Mju 850SW which is waterproof and shockproof..which is great..coz i wud like to take some underwater pics..or juz incase im so clumsy that i drop it on the hard ground or into a pool.. so between this two (which i knw both have different purpose) but which 1 wud u recommend and y? and im open to any new suggestion to other digital cam..oh..but it must be affordable..which is around the same price range of both the digicam above. Is there a decent digital camera for kids under $50 or so? My son is turning 5 and wants a camera but the disney cars and the Diego cameras have horrible reviews. Anyone know of a good one? I'm not expecting crystal clear photos for this price I just don;t want to buy a total piece of junk.
